What is the process to claim a warranty for a damaged product?Updated 6 months ago

To claim a warranty for a damaged product, you will need to fill out the warranty form on our website. Include all the necessary details such as the item model name, color, and reason for warranty or replacement, and upload pictures of the warranty issue and the receipt of purchase. If you're unable to provide a receipt, let us know and we can do what we can to assist you. 

Submit your completed form through our Customer Help Center page. After reviewing your submission, if approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#). You will be instructed to mail a money order for the Warranty Fee, with the RA# included on the memo line. Once we receive your money order, we will process your warranty claim and send you a replacement item. Please note that shipping fees may apply, and we do not ship outside the United States.  

For any defective pieces such as a buckle or strap, a similar process may apply, and we will only send the replacement part instead of a full product replacement if a part is available. Always remember to confirm the shipping address, especially if you are located at a military base or special installation(s). All items will be sent via USPS and will not be expedited.
