What should I do if I did not receive my product but the tracking says it was delivered?Updated 7 months ago

If your tracking information shows that the product was delivered, but you have not received it, there might have been an issue such as the item being left on your porch or possibly received by a neighbor. Please check your surroundings or inquire with neighbors to see if they might have picked up the package for you. 

If you cannot locate the package, and you purchased the Free Returns + Package Protection plan then CLICK HERE FOR REDO to process that claim. Otherwise, we cannot assist in lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
