Lost packages

Did you purchase package protection or unlimited return service at check out? If so see below for REDO Customers. If your order shows delivered, please contact your neighbors or family members to see if they received your product by accident. We are not responsible for the delivery of the item once it is in the hands of the carrier. Please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. 


Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please visit our Help Center and report an issue. We will review your request and determine the next step. 


REDO customers: Please log into your REDO account and place a claim there. If you need further assistance with REDO Package Protection you can CLICK HERE FOR REDO and you will be directed to their site so you can place your claim.
