Please be prepared to provide the following:Ā
- Item Number/Model Name
- Item color
- Reason for warranty
- Pictures of damageĀ
- Proof of purchase (this may be waived depending upon circumstances).
- A check made payable to American Traveler Inc. with the RA# written on the memo line.
After reviewing your submission, if approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and address to mail your check.Ā
Once we receive your check, we will process your warranty claim and send you a replacement item.Ā
Please note that shipping fees may apply, and we may not ship outside the U.S.Ā
Defective Parts:Ā
For any defective pieces such as a buckle or strap, send an email here š CONTACT US.
If parts are available we will only send the replacement part instead of a full product replacement. Always remember to confirm the shipping address, especially if you are located at military or special installations.
