- Returns and Exchanges only apply to items purchased directly from www.hltactical.com within 30 days.
- The cost of shipping will be deducted from refunds for returned items.
- Luggage returns and exchanges have restocking fees and shipping fees.
- Items without original marketing & hangtags attached Do Not Qualify for Exchange or Return.
- Customer(s) is responsible for all shipping costs for returned and exchanged items and will be processed through the returns portal and or deducted from the final refund if a refund is requested.
- Items repurchased for exchange or return Do Not Qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
Highland Tactical will only honor returns on orders placed directly with Highland Tactical at www.hltactical.com within 30 days. Highland Tactical will not honor returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased at authorized dealer or any retail locations. All items purchased at authorized dealers or retail locations must be handled through the dealer/retailer.
Highland Tactical has a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return your merchandise to the Highland Tactical warehouse within 30 days of the receipt of your product. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Items must have all the original marketing and hangtags still attached to the bag to qualify for return. If the bag is returned WITHOUT the original hangtags and marketing, the refund will not be processed and the original merchandise will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
CUSTOMER SHIPPING COSTS
Customer(s) are responsible for all shipping costs regarding returns and exchanges. FREE SHIPPING will NOT apply to orders that have been processed in exchange for a new product.
SHIPPING COST EXCEPTIONS
Shipping charges will only be covered by Highland Tactical in the event of a shipping error, or return/ exchange of a defective product. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes, sizing problems, or purchases made in error. In the event the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges must be for the same product or a product of the same value. Highland Tactical will not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States. Items may not be used, worn, or washed.
GIFTS
Gifts may be exchanged only if original hangtags are attached and the product has not been washed or worn. Gift items must be exchanged by the original purchaser only, and not the receiving party. If the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.
PRODUCT WASHING / HANDLING
If you decide to wash your item, use mild detergent and handwash with warm water. Do not wash your item in a washing machine or place it in a dryer. We are not responsible for the potential damage to items that need to be washed. Please wash at your own risk.
Please be sure to follow any washing and handling instructions carefully as Highland Tactical does not give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing or handling of products.
